Refund policy

At Palmetto State Coins, we strive to satisfy our customers with their orders. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within thirty (30) days of receiving the item. In order for your order to be eligible for a return, you must have the receipt for the order, and the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it/them in. The item must be unused/unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in it’s original packaging. 

In order to start the return process, you may email us at sales@palmettostatecoins.com, or use the contact form on our website, with your order number, receipt, and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted and the fault is ours, we will provide you a return label for the item(s), and will also provide instructions on how and where to ship the item(s). If we are unable to identify any quality issues or order mistakes that is our fault, we will provide the information of where to ship the item(s) to, and the shipping will be at the customers expense.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return was accepted, you will be notified that the refund has been sent. Refunds will be sent to the payment method that the order was placed from. Please keep in mind that refunds may take some time to process, depending on the bank or credit card company.

Due to the nature of custom items, they are reviewed and approved by the customer prior to production. Due to this, returns for custom items are not accepted. If there are issues with orders of custom items, they will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

When your custom order is received, the customer must inspect all items for issues or damages, and must contact us immediately if any are observed. 

If an item(s) is returned to us without first completing a return request, the return will not be processed. Returns will not be accepted for gift cards or items that were on sale at the time of purchase.

We will not exchange items. We recommend purchasing the new item(s) after your return is accepted.
